sedentary lifestyle is a major modifiable risk factor for many disease .Physical activity and exercise training (ET) enhance overall cardiores-

piratory fitness (ie, fitness), thus producing many benefits in the

primary and secondary prevention.








There is substantial evidence that physical activity higher levels

of cardiorespiratory fitness (herein, fitness, which can

be accurately measured by exercise testing), and

exercise training (ET) have numerous benefits that

promote cardiovascular health, including reducing

risk of CHD, ischemic stroke, and prevention of car-

diovascular and total mortality
